Aspect exchange students are bright, eager teenagers from around the world. They are between the ages of 15 and 18 and come from over 30 diverse countries. Students come to study in American high schools for either one semester or a full academic year and become active participants in their host families and communities.

Aspect students pass a rigorous screening and orientation process in order to participate in our exchange program. They are carefully screened for emotional maturity, cultural curiosity, academic achievement, and English language ability. Our admissions advisors carefully review each student application to assess his or her strengths, personality traits, likes and dislikes, habits, activities, hobbies, daily routines, family dynamics and cultural customs.

Our students are unique individuals, bringing a blend of their own cultural and personal experiences to their exchange year. But they all share a dream – to experience the American way of life! Browse our New Student Profiles and our Aspects of Culture information to learn more about the great students who are looking for loving host families just like yours.
