Aspect Foundation is an industry leader in staff support and training. As a new coordinator, you will receive web-based training, team conference calls and one-on-one training meetings with your Regional Manager. You will become certified by the U.S. Department of State and work one-on-one with your manager to set goals for the year. You also may qualify for annual incentive trips and training conferences in exciting places around the world.

As an International Coordinator, you will be part of a well-organized, responsive team. From our Community and Regional Managers to our National Advisors, there is a strong system in place to support International Coordinators and give them guidance throughout the exchange process. The San Francisco Headquarters staff is an additional resource for all coordinators. They work full-time in tandem with the Field Managers to provide the highest level of support for our field staff. There is a 24-hour emergency hotline available to all of our coordinators, students and families. Day or night, we are always just a phone call away.

We also make it a priority to support our International Coordinators in providing the best possible experience for our exchange students. Through its Cultural Enhancement Activity program, Aspect Foundation reimburses coordinators for the costs of bringing students on civic or cultural learning outings. We will help you and your students make the most out of this incredible time!
