This document is required by the US Department of State and must be on file at Aspect Foundation’s Headquarters office within 2 weeks of the orientation date.

Per Federal Regulation, Host Family Orientations must be held separately from Host Family Interviews, and only after the host family has been fully screened and accepted by the headquarters office.

The Host Family Orientation may NOT be held on the same day as the Host Family Interview. It cannot be dated in the future.
